]]> http://themaladroitwife.com/adventures-in-casserole/#comment-2812 Fri, 30 Aug 2013 19:31:33 +0000 http://themaladroitwife.com/?p=1186#comment-2812 This casserole is very similar to one that mom gave me when I went off to college. 1 lb. hamburger cooked w/onion, then add 15 oz of tomato sauce, spices, 3/4 cup milk, corn, black beans etc. Simmer 20 min. then add 1/2 cup cornmeal. Put in micro dish, top w/olives and cheese then nuke for 5 min or so or bake @ 350 for 30 min. I serve with lettuce, sour cream and chips.
