I use it to butter toast, for my walnut and cilantro pesto recipe which is a staple in our house, and I use it as the only moisturizer on my face. I buy through Tropical Traditions. It is Fabulous!

Has the ability to slow and reverse dementia and memory loss. Tasteless, odorless and kind of a nice feel on the tongue. I would not butter my toast with it, but it (and a dab of butter) are miraculous in the frying pan.
