Once you establish a strong pattern of exercise, your body will crave it, so it won’t require as much will power to actually do it. At least that’s been my experience. Start with a 15-minute jog and add another 5 to 10 minutes every day until you can put in 45 minutes to an hour easily. Alternating speeds helps too, 10 minutes of jogging, then 5-10 minutes of brisk walking, then back to jogging or a short sprint. This can benefit you more than keeping a steady pace throughout, and makes the exercise more interesting. Good luck.
