Spicy Maryland Crab Dip
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tb mayonnaise
1.5 tb lemon juice
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 cup shredded cheddar
3/4 lb crab meat
3 dashes Tabasco sauce
Old Bay seasoning, to taste
garlic powder, to taste
Combine all ingredients in a pie pan or 8″ square baking pan and bake at 350 until bubbly. Top with a little more cheddar before baking, if desired. Makes a great Chesapeake Bay poutine, as pictured.
